Rich Lorenzetti was an outstanding realtor. We had to sell 2 houses and and buy one. We started the process in September. Selling my house was tricky because it was over 150 years old but he had the buyer ready to go in less than a week with me getting more than I asked for the house. Then we had to sell Kenny's house and that went very well. The buyer wanted to close on Dec 17th. We had not even started looking for our now home yet.
